Team and roles
Invite a helper, co-manager, accountant or maintenance person, with a role and access per property.
- Private: only you.
- Pro: one helper with their own sign-in and admin rights.
- Operator and Office: unlimited members, with roles and access per property.

Inviting
- 1Click Invite and enter the email address.
- 2On the Operator plan, choose a role and properties.
- 3Send invitation. The link is valid for 7 days and can be withdrawn under Pending invitations.
- Account holder (holder of the Rentkey account, not the owner of the flat): everything. Administrator: everything except deleting the workspace and billing.
- Property manager: listings, applicants, contracts, handovers, charges and maintenance on the assigned properties.
- Finance: charges, payments, utilities; cannot see Passports or applicants.
- Maintenance: maintenance requests. Read only: sees everything, changes nothing.
