Search and filters
Quick search for anything with Ctrl+K, and filters on long lists.
- 1Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac), or click the Search… box at the top.
- 2Type at least 2 letters: a street, flat, tenant, repair or supplier. It works without accents too.
- 3Click a result, or move to it with the arrow keys and press Enter.
- Properties: with many flats it becomes a table, with filter buttons (Let, Empty, Listed, Rent late, Ends within 60 days) and a building picker.
- Tenants, Income: filter buttons above the list, e.g. Late, Arrears, Expired.
- Leases: the Ends within 60 days tab.
- Maintenance: Cards or List view.
- Calendar: filter by Building.
