Meter readings with photos, billing rules, and splitting shared utility bills.
A rule per lease (+ Rule): included in the rent, flat monthly fee, by meter, or by the supplier's bill. At the start of each month we settle the previous one automatically; if data is missing, it becomes a draft.
The tenant sends the reading with a photo; you Confirm, Correct or Reject it. A new meter: New meter (type, serial number, submeter).
- 1Click + Upload invoice.
- 2Enter the supplier, period, amount and due date.
- 3Choose how to split it (submeter, floor area, occupants, equally), then Split the invoice.
