Settings, plan and notifications

Landlord in contracts: name or company name, address, ID number, tax number, bank account, contact details. Default contract terms: due date, notice period, deposit, rent increase. Every new contract starts with these.

Online card payment and invoicing are not connected yet. Compare plans

• Private: free, up to 3 flats, one user.
• Pro: HUF 790 per flat per month (at least HUF 2,990), one helper, recurring charges, calendar links.
• Operator: HUF 1,290 per flat per month, for at least 10 flats; team with roles, owner login, suppliers.
• Office: over 200 flats, with a custom offer.
• Pay yearly and get 2 months free on every paid plan.

• Working: calendar export (.ics), accountant export (CSV), DÁP signature check, email notifications, your own cloud.
• Planned: Open Banking, invoicing apps (Számlázz.hu, Billingo), property portals, partner API.

The bell shows your notifications. Under E-mail notifications you choose for each topic whether the email comes straight away, in the daily summary (at 7:00 or 17:00), or not at all; this is also where you turn on the Monday Weekly overview.

On the Tenant reminders card you decide when your tenant gets reminders for rent, charges, meter readings and inspections. Two-factor authentication protects the account with an authenticator app. You can restart the tour on the Demo and tour card.

Ask to delete the workspace: our team handles it. It cannot be deleted while signed contracts must still be kept.
