Handover protocol
Record meter readings, rooms, keys and photos at move-in and move-out, signed by both parties.
- 1On the page of the running lease, click Start the move-in protocol.
- 2Enter the handover date, the meters (serial number, reading) and the condition of each room (Good, Used, worn, Damaged).
- 3Record the keys, the furnishings and the deposit.
- 4Take photos with the Rentkey camera, then Save and send to the tenant.
The tenant can add notes and photos, then accept or ask for changes. After that you both sign (DÁP or one-time code), and the protocol is final.
- The meter readings of the signed protocol go to the Meters, utilities page automatically.

Move-out
Start the move-out protocol is only available once the move-in protocol is signed. It compares each room with its condition at move-in, and the deposit settlement starts from there.
