Income, occupancy, today's appointments and to-dos on one screen.
While you are starting out, a card shows the order: Add your first property, Publish a listing, Request a Passport from an applicant, First lease, and if you have a team, Invite a team member.
The To-dos list holds everything waiting for you: a payment or meter reading to confirm, a new applicant, a contract to sign, a change request. The Today card shows viewings, handovers and tradesperson visits.
