One list of everything you need to act on, plus the moves in progress with their next step.
To-dos
Everything waiting for you in one list: approving a payment or meter reading, a contract to sign, a maintenance request, a protocol, a lease ending, a deposit reply, a new applicant. Overdue and urgent items come first; the number of urgent ones also shows in the menu.
The button at the end of each row takes you to where you can deal with it. Once it is done, the row disappears by itself.
The Move-ins and outs page shows the process from 60 days before a lease starts or ends: the status and the next step (signing, protocol, move-in guide, deposit settlement). Closed ones stay visible for another 14 days.
