Listing, applicants, viewings
Publishing a listing, applicants ranked by their Passport, and viewing slots.
The deposit (months × rent), utilities, minimum lease term, pets and smoking come from the rental terms on the flat's Data sheet tab, and the public listing also shows the data sheet details (heating, condition, equipment). Later you can edit the listing's own details directly on the Listing page, then Save.
The listing gets its own public link and appears in Rentkey's flat search. People can only apply with a Rentkey Passport. Pause or close it at the top of the Listing page, next to the link.
Generate text: next to the title and description. The AI writes a title and listing text from the data sheet, the rooms and the rent you entered; you can edit it before saving. It never includes the street, house number or personal data. The number of texts you can request per flat per day is limited.
Listing collections (Properties › Listing page button): several listings on one shared marketing page, with its own title, intro text and unique link (rentkey.hu/kinalat/…/code), e.g. for one building or one client. Only published listings appear; once archived, the link no longer opens.
- 1On the flat's page, the Listing button in the header (megaphone icon): Create listing.
- 2Enter the listing's own details: title and description, monthly rent, move-in date, and if needed Hide the address (then only the district or town shows).
- 3Leave Publish now ticked, and click Save listing.
- 4The photos are the flat's data sheet photos in the same order (the first one is the cover). On the listing you can only hide a photo: Hide / Show.
Applicants are on the flat's Applications tab, together with viewings and the comparison. You can sort them by score, fit or date. Each card shows: score, band, verification level, fit and the income-to-rent ratio band. The score filters no one out; the decision is yours.
- 1Open the Passport → link for the details.
- 2Shortlist or Invite to viewing if you like them; Reject if not.
- 3For the shortlisted applicant, Start a contract.
If you have at least two open applicants, Compare sits above Applicants. One table, one candidate per row: identity, Passport band and verification level, proof of income and the income-to-rent band, reference, move-in, duration, message, and a short summary of what is verified and what is not yet.
The order is the date of application. Rentkey does not rank or score anyone in the table; it only shows the facts.
- 1On the flat's Applications tab: Compare.
- 2Look through the rows; for details open the Passport → link.
- 3For the candidate you pick: Choose this. If they were a new applicant, they become shortlisted and the draft contract opens.
Both sides get an email when a slot is booked or cancelled. You only see the name if the applicant has shared their contact details.
- 1On the listing's Viewings page: Add time slots (day, start, end, slot length, Solo or Group viewing, and for group viewings how many can come at once).
- 2Click Create slots.
- 3Only applicants invited to a viewing can book, one slot each.
On every plan you get your own public page (rentkey.hu/kinalat/…) with all your published flats; anyone can view it. You find the link, the QR code and a button for your website under Settings › Portfolio page and viewings. Listing collections also open under it (rentkey.hu/kinalat/…/code).
Self-booking (the applicant picks a viewing time themselves) and the combined Applications menu come with the Operator plan and above.
The applicant applies with a free Passport and, if there is a free slot, books straight away; if not, their application arrives as a viewing request and they get an email about new slots. The day before, they get a reminder and you get a summary.
- 1For someone who enquires by phone, on the listing's page: SMS or Email, and they apply themselves through the link.
- 2You see applicants for all listings under Leasing › Applications (New, Viewing, Closed); for one flat, on the flat's Applications tab.
- 3Decisions (invite, reject, contract) stay on the listing's page.
