Shares: who sees your Passport
You decide who sees what, and for how long. Revoke it with one click.
I'm Pajzs Pali and I look after your data. Every view is logged.
- Summary: score, band, verified items.
- Summary + contact details: your name and phone number too.
- Data needed for the contract: only while the contract is being reviewed, and only for that one landlord.
- 1Open the link you received, or type the code (ABCD-EFGH) into the New share field, then Open.
- 2Choose what they can see, and for how long: 7, 14 or 30 days.
- 3Click Share.
You can also show it to a landlord who isn't on Rentkey yet.
- 1Add a label (only you see it) and, if you like, their email address.
- 2Click Create invite.
- 3Without an email you get a link, a QR code and a Download PDF with QR code option.
Every share has Extend by 30 days and Revoke. The Log shows who viewed it and when, and the Rentkey support log shows if one of our team accessed it.
