My Passport: your score
The Rentkey Passport is your tenant profile: score, badges, and you see exactly what a landlord sees of it.
The more proof you upload, the higher your score.
The score is made up of five areas: Identity, Income, Rental history, Financial standing and Data quality. Verified data counts for much more than a simple statement.
- The score also comes with a band: Excellent, Good, Fair or Incomplete.
- As a first-time tenant you are not penalised for having no rental history yet.
Landlords always see the Passport you submitted last. If it has improved since, send it again with the Submit update link.
Age, gender, marital status, children, ethnic origin, religion and health play no part.
- They see: score, band, verification level, badges, and which items are verified.
- They never see: documents, bank account, amounts, employer, address or the text of your answers.
After you submit, a short AI summary is made (Strengths, Good to know), only from the submitted summary. Anyone you share with sees the same. The decision is always the landlord's.
