Rental history and references
Your previous tenancies and references from former landlords, which strengthen your Passport.
- 1Click Add a past tenancy.
- 2Enter the city, the period and your former landlord's name and email address.
- 3Click Add.
With Ask for a reference we send your former landlord a link that is valid for 14 days. They answer four short questions without signing up.
- The reference strengthens the Rental history part of your Passport; recent ratings count.
- Other landlords only see the city and the period, not the referee's contact details.
On a rating: I disagree – contest. One of our team keeps it, corrects it or deletes it; until then landlords see a "disputed" label.
