Who: with a lease being signed or running
Each tile takes you to a page: Next charge, To pay (items on top of the rent, at the bottom of the Rent and charges tab), Maintenance, Meters, Contract, Deposit and Documents.
For the first 60 days a checklist helps you: contract, handover, moving the utility accounts into your name, registering your address, house rules, useful info. Mark what you've sorted as Done.
The Details button on the Planning to move? card shows what comes next: the move-out protocol, the deposit settlement and a reference.
