Who: every signed-in tenant; a few trial questions, more with verified identity
Before your first question you need to accept the terms of use.

- 2Describe briefly what happened (e.g. "I moved out but didn't get my deposit back"), then Send.
- 3If you need a letter too, ask for one. Use the Copy button to take the Draft letter with you, and send it yourself.
- Without verified identity you get a few trial questions.
- With verified identity you can ask many more.
- There is also a cap on questions per day and on the length of one conversation.
In the app only you see your conversations. Your question and the basic details of your lease are processed by an AI provider; we don't send any documents.
Rentkey keeps every question and answer and uses them, without direct identifiers, to train its own model. This is a condition of use.
