Appearance, notifications, two-factor authentication, downloading your data and deleting your account.
The bell shows your new notifications. In E-mail notifications you choose for each topic whether emails come straight away, in the daily summary or not at all. We always send emails about the contract, the protocol and the deposit straight away.
- 1Click Turn on.
- 2Scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
- 3Enter the 6-digit code, then Verify and turn on.
The Download my data (ZIP) button gives you all the data we store about you, plus PDFs of your contracts and protocols.
Request deletion, and one of our team processes it. If you have no signed contract, we delete everything; if you do, we keep the contracts as the law requires and anonymise the account.
