Handover and inspection

The landlord starts the move-in or move-out protocol: meters, rooms, keys, furnishings.

1. 1Add Your remarks and upload photos if needed.
2. 2Click I accept, ready to sign, or ask for changes.
3. 3Sign it with DÁP or a one-time code, just like the contract.

1. 1Click Start photos (on a phone; on a computer a QR code takes you there).
2. 2The camera guides you room by room: from the door, from the opposite corner, window, floor, meter.
3. 3If a shot isn't possible, tell us with Can't take this one.
4. 4At the end, Continue to send, then Send.

If the landlord wants to come in person, they propose a time at least 3 days ahead. Accept, or Propose another time.
