Meters and utilities
Sending meter readings with a photo, and how utility charges are worked out, with the bill copy.
The meters come over from the move-in protocol automatically. The landlord confirms the reading or corrects it with a reason.
- 1Choose the meter, enter the reading and the date you read it.
- 2Take a photo of the meter (required for tenants).
- 3Click Send reading.
Under Utility charges you see the calculation (usage × unit price, a flat rate or a share of the bill) and the Invoice copy. The charges also go into the payment calendar.
